Our online store aims to sell products and / or accessories. Accepting the terms listed below makes the buyer responsible for reading and understanding the agreement he accepts. For any question and clarification of the terms and conditions the SKY GEAR EXPERTS LP (www.skygearexperts.eu) does not bear any responsibility if not asked by the buyer.

Products and technical features

All available products meet European standards as defined by Greek and European legislation. The technical features and other specifications of the available products are defined by the respective manufacturer. The Buyer is responsible το be informed of the exact specifications and technical features of the products available. Information and technical characteristics are described in our online store with every reservation and in accordance with the information published by each manufacturer, regarding his products.

Order and shipping

People over the age of 18 have the right to order. In case of false or altered data, SKY GEAR EXPERTS LP (www.skygearexperts.eu) does not bear any responsibility and burdens the buyer with the shipping costs of the item. The order is valid after filling in the required fields on the online order form (www.skygearexperts.eu). In order to complete the process, it is necessary to read and understand the terms of use as well as to accept them. Orders will be shipped once payment has been received and confirmed. Partial or total cancellation or change of the order is made only after SKY GEAR EXPERTS LP (www.skygearexperts.eu) has been informed in time by contacting 212 021 1077 or by e-mail at [email protected], before final delivery by the distribution company. In any other case, the buyer bears the shipping costs to and from the store, according to the price list of the cooperating distribution company. In case of incorrect registration regarding the product stock, SKY GEAR EXPERTS LP (www.skygearexperts.eu) will immediately inform the buyer in order to cancel or modify his order.

Price list

The posted prices of the products in our online store are always in a legible position near each product. Prices are valid for web sales only and they are subject to change without notice by the company as it deems necessary. Item prices include GR VAT (24%). In case you are purchasing from another EU country where a different VAT is applied, then during the checkout process the VAT percentage will be modified, according to the EU VAT law. With the confirmation of the order, the buyer finalizes that he will receive the product at the price he accepted, even if the price of the product is changed in the future. In case of incorrect registration regarding the price of the product, SKY GEAR EXPERTS LP (www.skygearexperts.eu) will immediately inform the buyer and reserves the right to cancel his order.

Orders shipped to customers outside of the EU may be subject to additional duties, taxes or fees such as customs brokerage fees, import duties etc.. These charges are the responsibility of the order's recipient, are not included in the final value of any order and vary among different countries. Please note that these charges must be paid on arrival so that customs authorities can release your order.

Payment methods

We offer our customers the following payment methods:

• PayPal Checkout.
• Credit, debit or pre-paid card (Processed securely by Piraeus Bank). We do not collect card details and are only notified of the success or failure of your transaction. 
• Wire transfers (payable in EURO). Bank account details are included in your order confirmation email. Please note your full name and order number as a reference. 

Full payment must be validated in order to accept and start the delivery process for any placed order. Additional charges that apply for wire transfers (both international and in the EU) and credit card payments fees, are on buyer's expenses.

Shipping methods and costs

We offer you the following shipping methods, both worldwide and domestic:

• Hellenic Post
• DHL
• FedEx
• UPS

Shipping costs are determined by destination, weight and shipping method, by entering the required data in your shopping cart shipping section. Full cost will be calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders in stock will be dispatched within 1 business day of the purchase date. Time of delivery depends on destination and shipping method you choose.

Discounts or free shipping terms and offers will be announced occasionally on our website.

Late delivery doesn’t entitle you to cancel your order, nor do we assume any liability for loss or damage because of that.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a better way depending on address and weight of package.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) 

In case you change your mind and want to return an ordered item, please bear in mind that any return freight costs will be at your expenses. In addition the items must be returned within 2 weeks time of the purchase date and in original condition as purchased (labels/tickets attached, garments unworn).

We do not refund or accept returns of custom ordered items (specifically ordered for you from manufacturer) even if they are in perfect condition.

If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost.

RMA requests due to late/ delayed delivery are not acceptable, nor they are eligible for a refund.

In case of faulty items, we offer free of charge return and full refund, through the RMA request form which is available on your account menu. RMA request must be filled within 4 days of the delivery date and we may ask you to provide proof of damage, to support your claim.
