The C45 is the evolution of the G4 . A full carbon fiber shell cuts overall weight, while a new 4-shell system reduces the helmet's volume for every head size. It sits closer and feels lighter.

Certified to XP S 72-600:2018 for skydiving and wind tunnel use, the C45 was developed with a focus on stability at speed and tested in fast, dynamic flight. As one experienced athlete put it: "It feels calmer at speed."

Three finishes, one construction

Every C45 is full carbon fiber. Choose how you show it: Gloss Carbon (exposed weave with racing strip), Gloss White, or Matte Black.

A fit you can tune

The C45 delivers our most refined fit yet and is easier experience both putting on and taking off. The new replaceable cheek pad system lets you dial in exactly how the helmet holds you: cheek pads come in four thicknesses (8, 16, 24 and 32 mm), so you can move from the standard fit to a firmer, locked-in feel that stays secure at speed. Check the size printed on the back of your current cheek pads, then go thicker for a firmer fit or thinner for a more relaxed fit.

With 4 shell sizes covering 8 head sizes (54–62 cm), there's a C45 right for you.

Customize your C45

Like our other full-face helmets, the C45 can be configured with your choice of visor and side plates.

Visors

• Mirrored — Blue, Purple, Green or Orange. A mirrored finish that cuts glare in bright conditions.
• Photochromic. Automatically adjusts its tint to the light. UV-reactive molecules darken the lens in bright sun and return it to clear in low light — one visor from sunrise to sunset.
• Pinlock. Fitted with a Pinlock anti-fog insert: a moisture-absorbing inner lens sealed against the visor to create an insulating air pocket — like double glazing for your visor. The most effective anti-fog solution for cold air, humidity.

Choose your visor

• Mirrored — Blue, Purple, Green or Orange. A multi-layer mirror coating .
• Photochromic. One visor for every load of the day. UV-reactive molecules in the lens darken automatically in bright sunlight and return to clear as light fades —the tint is working exactly when you need it most. No swapping lenses between sunrise and sunset
• Pinlock. The gold standard in fog prevention. A Pinlock insert is a moisture-absorbing inner lens sealed against the visor by a silicone bead, trapping an insulating pocket of air — like double glazing for your visor. The insert absorbs moisture from your breath before it can condense, keeping your main field of vision clear in cold air, high humidity, where standard anti-fog coatings get overwhelmed.

The C45's replaceable cheek pads are how you make the helmet yours. Available in four thicknesses — 8, 16, 24 and 32 mm — they let you fine-tune how the helmet holds your face, from a relaxed everyday fit to a firm, secure hold that stays planted in fast, dynamic flight.

Finding your size is simple: pull back your current cheek pad and check the thickness printed on the back. For a tighter fit, step up to a thicker set. For a looser fit, step down to a thinner one. Every C45 ships with either 16 mm or 24 mm pads as standard depending on helmet size, so there's room to adjust in both directions.
